Jeff Lutz is an American legend in the car racing industry who grabbed attention by appearing in the reality television show ‘Street Outlaws.’ Besides being involved in the car racing industry, he is also engaged in business with his son making cars.

Unfortunately, Jeff met in a horrible accident on 9th May 2021. According to Hot Rod Magazine, many of the fans have been left with a heavy heart that the legendary racer was involved in an accident while shooting for the show’s upcoming season.
The racer crashed his 1957 Chevy and was rushed to the hospital. Lutz Race Cars on Facebook confirmed the tragic news, which also ran a live update on the crash. The post read:
“I’m sorry it’s been a crazy weekend Jeff has been in the hospital we will update everyone tomorrow thank you for your patience.”
Injury And Recovery Updates.
According to Hot Rod, the condition of Lutz is not clear. But as he has survived the crash, he is expected to recover. Xtr Horse Power reported that the racer was saved by safety features and only suffered minor injuries.
Though Jeff has wrecked the classic car, and the car’s condition seems miserable. Fortunately, the good news is that he is soon to recover.
Speaking up with Lutz’s condition, his co-star Chuck was not happy for sharing the pictures of his damaged car and his accident video. Chuck also opened up about the accident and his co-star’s health condition, claiming that he was doing better but is still in the hospital for observation.

Jeff is a married man and is happily married to his wife, Christine Lutz. Some sources claimed that they got married on 31st July, but according to Lutz Race Cars Facebook profile, the racer and Christine got married on 1st August 1989.
As of now, the pair enjoys almost 32 years of long marital life without any divorce or separation issues. The couple has a son, Jeffrey Jr, together, who has also followed Lutz’s path.
On 28th November 2019, LUTZ RACE CARS on Facebook revealed that he became a grandfather. In the caption, he mentioned that his grandchild Jeffrey Alan Lutz III was born at 1:52 pm.

Jeff drives a 57 Chevy, which he recently crashed in an accident. He also owns a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, which has quality features making it suitable for racing.
He is also a proud owner of 632 CI Big Block Chevy, which he calls beast, and owns a CMC he rarely uses.
Besides being a star in the show Street Outlaws, he also runs a hot Rod Shop, Jeff Race Cars.
