We take no delight in reporting to you about celebrity deaths, but it is one of our duties. It is why we are back with listing all the cast deaths in ‘Alaskan Bush People.’
Billy Brown.
First, we have to begin with the tragic news that many of you must already know a lot about. The family patriarch, Billy Brown, died on February 8, 2021, after suffering from a seizure in his Washington homestead.
Brown was struggling with respiratory problems in the last months of his life. The cause of his death was cardiac arrest, congestive heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
Emphysema and Seizure were also the health complications that led up to his death. Doctors also theorized his heavy tobacco use to be a catalyst of his health problems.
Billy Brown was 68 years old at the time of his death.
A medical helicopter was requested at the scene of his death, but later responders who tried their best to resuscitate him through CPR confirmed that he had “passed away at home.”
Medics, Fire, and the Sheriff’s office arrived to investigate the scene thoroughly and detected no foul play.
Billy Brown was cremated in February 22, and his funeral services took place at Bergh Funeral Service in Oroville, Washington.
Casualty in Ami Brown’s Estranged Family.
Luckily, there have not been any other deaths in the show’s main cast, which mostly features only Billy’s immediate family, his wife, and children that he survives. However, his wife, Ami Brown, has recently had to face a lot of loss in her life from her estranged family.
Ami Brown has remained estranged from her family since she ran away from home. At15, she got married to Billy Brown, who was 26 years old at that time. There have since been two very different sides of the story on the details about Ami Brown’s estrangement, but her family was not accepting and forgiving of Billy.
That being said, Ami’s mother, Earlene Branson, still kept hoping to meet up with her daughter again. As she got older and closer to dying, she decided to forget it all and travel 3,500 miles to Alaska to meet up with Ami and the rest of the Brown family.
Sadly, she arrived in an empty homestead as Browns had been vacationing in Malibu. In the end, Earlene Branson died on November 9, 2018, at 85 years old, never having to get to fulfill her wish to reconnect with Ami.
Similarly, we also received disturbing news that Ami’s niece, Amber Branson, had died on May 1, 2020. She died after suffering untreatable wounds from the Fire that broke out in her body.
Amber had a history of drug addiction and mental abuse. Allegedly, she caused the Fire herself to take her own life. It must be really disturbing to learn such news about a family member even if they are estranged.
