If you have been watching ‘Swamp People’ since the beginning, you are probably familiar with Ashley Jones. Ashley Jones became a household name after appearing in History’s reality series Swamp People.
The reality series follows the day-to-day activities of alligator hunters based in Louisiana. Season 12 of Swamp People premiered on February 4, 2021, at 9p ET on History Channel.
Who Is Ashley Jones?
Ashley Jones is one of the stars of Swamp People, who is famously known as ‘Deadeye’ for her impeccable shot. Ashley is a mom with a passion for hunting. She joined the show in 2018. Additionally, she won a gator tag in the lottery. Ashley then came back in season 12 of Swamp People to show her skill.
Later she invited her friend named Ronnie Adams to give her a hand. Ronnie was impressed with her skill. He offered her to hunt on his gator boat. Without giving a second thought, she grabbed the opportunity to do something about the growing alligator threat. In addition, Ashley’s excited to learn from one of the swamp’s best hunters. She and Ronnie then went hunting alligators in Louisiana.

When Ashley is not busy in her work, she spends time with her husband, Chad Jones, and three children, two sons and a daughter. The pair lives with their children in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
Ashley’s husband is a lawyer and a founding partner at The Jones Law Firm. Ashley’s husband introduced her to hunting. In a 2019 interview with the Clarion-Ledger, Ashley opened up that she suffered from a miscarriage.
This led her to depression for three months without even knowing it. Her husband suggested going deer hunting. Eventually, she started hunting eight hours a week and then forayed into alligator hunting.
Ashley’s father died on February 10, 2021. Jones announced the news of her father’s death through Facebook. The reality start called him her solid as a rock anchor who loved me more than anyone on this planet. She said she would always be his little love. Jones added she’s the biggest fan of her dad.
Jones turned her passion into a career and recently hunted giant alligators in Louisiana, along with her colleague, Ronnie. Ashley is making quite impressive money from the show that increased her net worth each year. However, the actual net worth of Ashley is not available.
